CLIENT INTAKE AND CUSTOMER MAPPING
When you begin as a new client, we will start by conducting an in-depth intake process that will allow me to fully understand where you currently are in your business and what you envision for your business. After our initial intake call, I will get to work in designing your customer map for your business. The customer map is your strategic blueprint for you business which allows us to quickly and efficiently build out and launch your products and services. You customer map will also include a customized marketing plan that will help us reach your enrollment and sales goals.

COURSE DEVELOPMENT
Soon after your intake process, we will begin designing your courses and offers using my signature Course Mapping system. This course design framework not only ensures that your courses are well designed, but that you will have courses and products that work with your business and gets results for your students. Once your course framework is finalized, we will then begin mapping and creating your content and assets for your program.

SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION
Prior to launching your programs, we will work together to create an operational plan that will ensure that your customers have the best experience possible. The way your students experience your business online is important to your reputation as a course creator, and we make sure that the process runs smoothly. We will design automated systems that will streamline your daily operations and set your business on autopilot. We also know that tech can be frustrating, so we will set up those systems for you so you know they are working correctly.

This custom product focused strategic plan serves as the foundation of your products and courses and includes in-depth product outlines, marketing blueprint and operational plans.
Put your Customer Product Map into action with concierge level implementation support to ensure that your product development plans are executed effectively and correctly.
You receive two 45-minute strategy calls each month to help you keep your business on track. These calls allow us to dive deep into your questions and keep your projects moving.
You will have direct access to me via your private Slack channel between strategy calls where you can get on-demand help with anything you are working on.
Stay on task with ongoing project management and accountability support. We will work with you to establish goals and deadlines, and make sure everything is getting done on schedule.
We ensure all your systems and software you use for your business are working correctly with basic tech systems support. This includes maintaining course software, email and more.
You will have access to our team of hand-selected specialists that can be utilized to assist with projects outside of the scope of you consulting package. (Additional fee required)

PRODUCT LAUNCH SERVICES
Let us put your Product Launch strategy into action for you! For those small business that don't have a team or time to create and implement everything required for a successful launch, you have the option to use our team of specialists to make that all happen for you. When you have us help you with your Product Launch, you will get:
Ads Management
You will have access to a dedicated Ads Manager who will help us set up and maintain your ads. Ad spend is not included.
Copywriting
We will write all your sales page and email copy for your launch campaign and ensure your messaging will convert into sales.
Sales Page & Email Design
We will design your sales page and build out all your emails connected with your product launch.
Branding & Graphic Design
Our team will take care of all your visual branding and graphic needs for your launch including ad creative, logos, graphics and more!
COST FOR SERVICES: Our Product Launch agency services are an add-on to your consulting package, and is based on a per project/launch basis. Costs for services are 20% of sales made during the first 30 days of the launch of your product (from paid and organic sales). An active consulting package is required. If you wish to have us continue to maintain and scale your facebook ads after the 30-day launch period, there will be a maintenance fee of 15% profits generated from paid ads only. (Revenue minus the cost of ad spend).
WEBSITE DESIGN
From websites, blogs and sales pages, we can help with all your website design needs. We build and maintain all our websites on Showit, our preferred website builder and hosting service.
